As a computer-illiterate, and dare I say it, old man, I was happy to receive the warm welcome I did at the Plymouth dealership. I know that the internet provides a whole world of opportunity to those that can use it, but being a non-user I was extremely impressed that the level of customer service is still as high as it is, in-store. I was helped by smiley, friendly and knowledgable staff, that were more than happy to help an old man buy the perfect car for his retirement.
