Service Advisor – Taunton Audi
You would be expected to make bookings for the service department using a busy daily diary, this would include qualifying accurately each customer’s individual needs and requirements and ensuring every booking makes the best possible use of time available.
You will be greeting customers into the service department and will become a point of contact whilst we are working on their vehicles. When we have completed this work you will be expected to explain invoices and accept payment in a professional and courteous manner.
Your qualities:
You need to show good communication skills when dealing with people face to face and whilst using the telephone and to stay in control in challenging situations.
Your experience:
Retail experience in a customer facing environment will be essential with a full driving licence. In the age of technology you will obviously be IT literate and able to use word and database packages
