At Volkswagen in the South West, we want you to feel confident about the quality of service you'll receive - every time you visit us. That's why we are pleased to offer the 'Volkswagen Service Promise'; 10 promises designed to help you manage the cost of motoring and making your life easier.

And, in addition to this, when you come to us you'll be getting something you can't get anywhere else: the official Volkswagen stamp in your service book.

P	We'll match any like-for-like quote within twenty miles: Volkswagen in the South West will match any like-for-like written quote for service, maintenance and repair using Volkswagen Genuine Parts from any garage within a twenty mile radius. It's that simple.	P	We offer 'real' value for money: We promise to offer you the right service at the right time; charging Volkswagen set times for all work and offering a 2-year parts and labour warranty on parts fitted after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired. *excludes wear and tear items and Volkswagen vehicles only.

P	We'll fit exterior bulbs and wiper blades free: Volkswagen in the South West will fit wiper blades and exterior bulbs (including sidelights, headlights, brakelights, foglights, reverse and indicator bulbs) bought from us free of charge. A competitive quote will be offered for the replacement of interior, Xenon or LED lights - just ask us.	P	No one knows your Volkswagen better than we do: All cars will be worked on by experts who receive the latest Volkswagen training and have instant access to the most up-to-date Volkswagen tooling and technology

P	We offer free visual health checks: Any of our centres will give a free 34-point check of all the car's 'basics', with no obligation. Call us and ask us to book you in for an Express Visual Check (EVC) and we'll arrange it for you.	P	Free road test with a technician if required: We promise that if you want to demonstrate your concern face-to-face with one of our technicians, you can. Just ask and we'll arrange for one to be available for you: because sometimes it's easier to show than tell.

P	We offer affordable monthly Service Plans: We promise to offer a convenient monthly payment plan, so that you can spread the cost of your servicing into monthly instalments. Our 'Retailer' Service Plans are tailored to your vehicle and are packed with extra benefits.	P	A range of convenience services to suit your needs: Customers will be offered a courtesy car, a lift to work or home or a vehicle collection and delivery service as required and appropriate.

P	Free MOT tests with your Retailer Service Plan: We promise that when you take out a ‘Retailer’ Service Plan with us, we’ll give you free MOT Tests for the life of your plan. No quibbles, no fuss – the ultimate value for money and convenience offer.	P	Free car wash and vacuum: We promise that every time you come to us for any job that takes over an hour in our workshop, we’ll wash and vacuum your car for free; if the job takes less than an hour but you’d still like it cleaned, just let us know and we’ll do that for free too.
