All rates are inclusive of insurance, VAT, Roadside Assistance and unlimited mileage.

Non waivable insurance excess of £250 applies and all drivers must be between 25 and 70. (under 25's will incur a young drivers surcharge of £15.00 per day inc VAT and be liable for a £550 insurance excess.)
A full driving licence held for at least two years and must be produced at the commencement of the hire (photo card and paper counterpart for new style licences.) For insurances purposes, two additional forms of identification are required if, in the last 5 years, the driver has 6 points or more, or if any conviction for a motoring offence has been made.

Terms and Conditions Hiring Information The full terms and conditions are shown on the reverse of the hire contract/rental agreement. The rental insurance certificate is available for customers to inspect. Rates Rates include maintenance, oil and Motoring club membership but exclude fuel. We reserve the right to change rates without notice. Drivers The followers are minimum requirements:
Damage liability Damage liability waiver, reduces the amount of insurance excess the hirer is liable for, to the amount shown on the rental agreement. However, the hirer remains liable for the amount for negligent damage (e.g. damage above the cab height, kerbed or punctured tyres, damage to upholstery, radio theft, cigarette burns, broken mirrors or the theft or loss of tools or accessories.) |
Payment Before the commencement of a rental, payment is required to cover the following:
Acceptable payment methods Credit cards, Debit cards. Overseas hirers Overseas hirers must produce a licence valid in their own country and may be asked to submit an international Driving Permit. Foreign Travel Any customer wishing to hire a van to be taken outside England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland may not do so without prior consent from the rental office. Additional charges will be made to cover the extra Insurance's and legal documentation required. Extension of rental period Should you wish to extend the hire beyond the agreed period you must notify the rental office in advance and pay for the additional charges incurred. Failure to pay these charges may result in lapsed Insurance cover. The rental office will endeavour to accomodate your requirement but should they not be able to allow your extension you must return the van at the originally agreed date and time. Availability Every effort will be made to provide the van reserved. If this is not possible the rental office will endeavour to upgrade you to a larger alternative at the cost of the van reserved. Management reserve the right to refuse a rental without giving a reason. |
